At Just Cavalli Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the watch you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the timepiece back into its original Just Cavalli presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards and manuals are included before sealing it in a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the watch, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
